We have converted part of our house to accommodate guests who would like to discover our beautiful region. The apartment is spacious, air-conditioned, and has a separate ground-floor entrance and a private terrace. You'll be in peace. Equipped with a double bedroom, a living room with a very comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine (ceiling height 1.40 m) with a double bed, a separate toilet and an Italian shower room. Fully stoked and equipped kitchen The space The mezzanine is accessible by a loft ladder, and the ceiling height is 1.40m. However, the bedding is of very good quality, 140 x 200 cm. A large VELUX window equipped with a blackout blind ventilates and illuminates this space. Other things to note It is not possible to charge an electric car on the property. (Impossible to know the amount of the charge, risk of electrical overload, risk of fire). If necessary, you will find several terminals nearby. Please turn off the air conditioning and the fan or heater when you leave for a few hours. Please check that the Velux window on the mezzanine remains closed each time you leave (risk of intrusion or risk of bad weather).
