Room near Paris transport

Small cozy, quiet and comfortable room. The apartment is composed of a living room and equipped kitchen. Bright, on the 2nd floor without elevator access. The house is old, with its imperfections, but that's also the charm of the place! I'm here to answer any questions you may have :) The space The accommodation is located on a quiet and green residential street (spring summer :) It is 2 minutes from the RER C To avoid any misunderstanding about hosts making professional use of the app. This is a homestay. You will be sharing the common areas with me but I will not be there much because I have a room on another floor of the house. In any case, I am available if you have a question or want to discuss a good plan in Paris or its surroundings :) Small detail: Non-electric Italian coffee maker Teapot available. For short stays I share the basics: coffee, tea, oil, butter, salt and sugar. Possibility of small meal at 5 euros/person if you ever arrive late and you have nothing planned (upon request) Guest access You have access to the entire shared apartment (when I'm at the apartment). You can also relax on the ground floor, where there is a small garden and terrace for lunch or a break. It is very sunny on sunny days.
