The Gîte des 2 Lacs welcomes you to the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, an ideal natural setting for family, friends or group vacations, with a capacity of up to 15 people The highlight of the Gîte is its large living room, housed in a fully restored old barn. This warm space, with its exposed stones, foosball and authentic atmosphere, is ideal for sharing friendly moments. The space Description: On the ground floor: - the kitchen opens onto the dining/living room of 45 m2, with a large table to accommodate 15 people more comfortably (see photo), a seating area - the large living room of more than 60 m2, with a foosball table, darts, billiards (handmade), a second large table, etc. - 1 shower room (shower) and 1 separate toilet - 1 entrance hall to drop off shoes, jackets, etc. On the first floor: - 3 bedrooms: the blue bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the pink bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the yellow bedroom with a double bed - 1 bathroom (bath and shower) and 1 separate toilet On the second floor: 2 attic rooms - a dormitory with a double bed and 3 single beds and the white room with 1 double bed, the latter is accessible from the dormitory Central heating if needed. Possibility to make a small fire in the kitchen. In terms of equipment, there is no Wi-Fi (no internet subscription), the TV is no longer connected to the TNT but can serve as a screen via an HDMI cable (via the 4G network that is picked up in the house). About the bedding, the 4 mattresses (with springs) 2 places in the bedrooms are new. IMPORTANT: Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants and will be checked upon departure.
