This 2018 building has all the amenities of a chic, downtown condo with benefits of friendly neighbors and a community feel. High ceilings, a French window and new/modern appliances create a stylish, comfortable and sunny living space. The luxury rooftop has killer views of the skyline, gas fire pits, BBQ and a dog run. The space Fully furnished "tiny living" layout includes a built-in Murphy bed, Mid Century Modern daybed/couch and high top dining table that extends the kitchen counter space. Gorgeous warm/grey wood floors throughout compliment the modern kitchen and the faux-live wood DIY shelves give a laid-back vibe. The spacious bathroom with subway tile and the in-unit washer/dryer hidden in the entry way make for comfortable and convenient living. Guest access A key card (more upon request), one physical key to the unit and one fob for the building are provided. Arrival instruction include access through the building’s virtual doorman and lock box. Other things to note The building includes a luxury rooftop lounge complete with Restoration Hardware outdoor furniture, fire pits, a BBQ and a patio table. Guests are welcome to use it throughout their stay.
