Beautiful, quite place near Jonson beach, G.C. and RVH. 5 minutes to Highway 400. Cool in summer and warm in winter in this cozy room. Good for relaxing after work or short time stay during your trip. This is a small nice room in basement with window, shared bathroom with another room. Kitchen, Landry, driveway, backyard, washroom, Wi-Fi, TV. We provide Netflix, but only watching online is recommended. Don’t download any resources over there please! Quiet, convenience, beautiful Only 5 minutes to walk to the bus station and also 5 minutes to walk to the plaza-- Grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, dentist, oil change, etc. 5 minutes to drive to Highway 400. Please keep in mind that at this special pandemic time, you are required to provide your fully vaccinated certification, and make sure you have no any history that connects with the people who are positive in COVID-19. You are recommended to bring your personal products. I offer some daily supplies such as teeth brush, facecloth. No smoking in the house. No drugs. Marijuana is forbidden in the whole house neither smoke nor plant. I have a big nose to it. No drunk. No party. No argument or violence. Keep clean and always sanitize your hands when you come into the house. Spray everything after shopping or working.
