The space 🌞 Spacious 2 bed/2 bath condo with high-end finishes and approximately 1,350 sq ft. 1st /ground floor unit close to all the resort / pool area amenities and a private screened-in lanai featuring lounge seating. 🌞 Complimentary high speed WiFi is included along with a big-screen smart TV in the living room and flat screen smart TVs in both bedrooms. Log in to your favorite streaming service (Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Apple TV, etc) to enjoy your favorite shows in your home-away-from-home! 🌞 We provide a stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and much more – perfect for making home-cooked meals! 🌞 The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with spacious shower, two sinks and a separate Jacuzzi tub. 🌞The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a closet, TV and the second bathroom with shower/tub combination is right next to it. Hair dryers are available in both bathrooms. 🌞 There is also a queen size sleeper sofa for extra bedding, and a workstation/desk in the living room. A washer and dryer are also provided in the unit. 🌞 The unit is in a gated community with dedicated covered parking (guest parking also available). There is a ring video doorbell in the front door that monitors the public space, outside the unit only. We look forward to welcoming you to our happy place! Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo. 🏊‍♂️ In addition, guests have access to the on-site Naples Bay Club / Resort amenities including family pool with waterfall and zero entry (great for the young ones), lazy river, hot tub as well as adults only lap pool, lounge pool and hot tub. 🧘‍♂️ There is a state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobics room, full service spa , sauna, steam room and tennis courts. 🍽 The Blue Water Bar & Grill services food and drinks poolside all day. 🚐 A shuttle provides our guests with complimentary transportation to/from the resort to 5th Avenue & Third Street for dining and shopping, as well as to the local beach for fun beach days and fabulous sunsets. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are provided. 🍹At the marina, you'll find great restaurants (Nosh, Blackbird and Cafe on the Bay) in additional to water taxi, gondola trips, boat rental and more. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE! This is a Private Club and requires a Temporary Membership Administrative Fee plus a Daily Resort Fee which covers all guests staying in the condo. These fees are paid directly to the Club / Resort upon arrival, and they are in addition to the lodging costs paid on Airbnb. Resort / Club fees are as follows: -- June 1 to October 31, one time Admin Fee of $150 plus $50 + tax Daily Resort Fee -- Nov 1 to May 31, one time Admin Fee of $250 plus $60+ tax Daily Resort Fee ❗ Please provide your email address at time of booking.
