The space The house is situated in a short walking distance to the Baltic Sea (200 meters) in the beautiful Oskarshamner archipelago area with an in-house boat square and nearby Baltic Sea bathing places. Welcome to our spacious vacation home in the picturesque Oskarshamn archipelago, just 200 meters from the Baltic Sea. The house is situated in an absolutely quiet location on a small promontory in the charming suburb of Stångehamn – surrounded by nature, rocks and sea air. In just 5 minutes' walk, you can reach the popular swimming area Åsvallesund – perfect for a refreshing swim or relaxing hours of sun by the sea. A rowing boat is available for you directly on the house's own jetty. The sheltered bay invites you to go fishing and small discovery tours through the offshore archipelago islands. The completely renovated and newly furnished house in 2023 offers high comfort on around 160 m². It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living and dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and microwave, as well as a washing machine and dryer. In the outdoor area, you can expect a newly built, wood-fired sauna (Nov. 2024) with panoramic windows and views of the Baltic Sea, as well as a large west-facing terrace with an outdoor kitchen – ideal for atmospheric sunsets. A second, smaller terrace on the east side invites you to breakfast in the sun in the morning. In the rain, the covered winter garden offers a cozy retreat overlooking the natural garden with a rocky landscape. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with plenty of distance to the neighbors – ideal for those seeking peace, nature and relaxation. Excursions & activities in the area: Oskarshamn (6 km): Charming port city with cafes, restaurants and shops Kalmar (1 hour): lively university town with castle, old town, and shopping mile Gotland: Ferry from Oskarshamn, in 3.5 hours you can reach Visby – worth a trip!
