Midtown Guest Suite with Private Entry

Renovated 750 sq ft midtown Raleigh guest suite in a quiet neighborhood one mile from North Hills entertainment district and a 15 min drive to downtown. Easy access to local hospitals, universities and RTP. This 1-bedroom suite has a spacious living room, full bath with walk-in shower, kitchenette and washer/dryer. The suite is the entire lower level of the home w/ a private entrance. No shared space between host/guest, but a shared wall and ceiling/floor so not ideal for a romantic getaway. The space The 750 sq.ft suite was fully renovated in 2019. A stone walkway leads to the private keyless entry on the end of the house. The suite includes a spacious living room with a large sectional, 65" TV and table for dining or working. A washer/dryer is located in a closet off the living room. The bedroom has a king mattress, TV, desk and walk-in closet. The kitchenette amenities make an overnight or longer stay comfortable. Some bathroom accessibility items are available upon request. G-fiber (WiFi or ethernet) and streaming services make remote work or entertaintment possible. Guest access The suite is the entire lower level of the split level home. Free street parking is always available. The hosts will notify the guests if driveway parking is available during the stay. Guests will not have access to the backyard. Please do not open the door from the kitchenette that leads into the backyard. We have two dogs (lab mix and a Brittany) that will be in the backyard at times. The dogs are friendly, but can be nervous and bark at unfamiliar people. Other things to note Thursday and Sunday nights may be available upon request.
