The villa features a large private pool with sun-loungers, 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It has high-speed WiFi throughout the property and an open-space dining area. Swimming pool is private, about 3.5 meters wide and 5 meters long. The total built-in area of the villa is 230 square meters. The space Trichada is a residential estate located 3km from Bangtao Beach. Boat Avenue and Laguna are within a 5-minute drive, and there are a few restaurants and a 7/11 within 500 meters from the villa. The estate has 24-hour security with CCTV cameras and a guard post at the entrance. Two bedrooms, including the master bedroom, have direct access to the swimming pool. Other things to note Please note that a 300 USD, or equivalent in other currency, security deposit is collected in cash at check-in. It will be returned at check-out after inspection of the property. We include 60 units of electricity per night. This is more than the average usage at full occupancy. If you use significantly more electricity during stay, cost of the extra units used will be deducted from the security deposit (at 6 Baht per unit).
