The space Boasting room for eight guests, a primary bedroom on the main floor, and a hot tub, this four bedroom home is a fantastic place to relax and unwind at the end of a full day of exploring Seabrook’s growing hiking and mountain biking trail network. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining rooms are perfect for keeping everyone connected. The primary king bedroom and ensuite bathroom are located just off the open-concept space on the main floor for easy access, and three additional king bedrooms await upstairs. Outside, kick back with a cup of coffee on the covered front porch, rain or shine, or take a dip in the hot tub in the backyard while the chef grills dinner on the gas barbeque. Embark on a trailside adventure or soak in peaceful forest views with your favorite people and pups at Surf Song! Other things to note All Seabrook Hospitality guests are welcome to check out complementary equipment from The Dugout at the Sunrise Pool. Ask the pool attendant for assistance to be on your way to planning all kinds of games year-round! Items available for check out include, Badminton rackets, Bocce ball, Cornhole, Soccer balls, Horseshoes, Big Jenga and so much more. Please obtain a free parking pass from Guest Services when parking on the street. A rental agreement will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival date. It will need to be signed prior to check-in. Vehicle Charging Stations are located in the parking lot on Parkview Lane.
