Rental unit in Omaha

Super tasteful condo in Mid town Omaha. This unit is in a funky, art deco building built in 1920. The unit was remodeled in 2020. It is on the third floor (top level) and to get there, it is all steps, no elevator . Walking distance to Midtown- a quick car ride (5 min) to Blackstone Great place for Travel Nurses (We love them) and LocumTenems Docs. You are five minutes from UNMC, VA and ten minutes to Methodist and Children's Hospitals. Welcome To Omaha- the nation's best kept secret The space This building houses about 20 individually owned units/condos. I own two of them (Units 16 & 18). I want to be upfront that per other guests of mine, at times, they have voiced that halls permeate some odors of cigarettes or marijuana smoke. This is completely out of my control and I notify my HOA when incidents occur, especially because there is no smoking permitted in the building. I’m trying to be up front and transparent. It doesn’t happen all of the time, but has occurred. Thank you.
