Primary guest must be 18 years or older, have a valid credit card, photo ID, and be physically present for obtain key cards to the unit. Upon arrival, guests will receive room assignment and parking pass. The units are assigned at random upon check-in (like a hotel), so unit location, view within the building will vary. Onsite management requires a $250 REFUNDABLE pre-authorization on a credit card. This authorization HOLD (NOT a charge) is released approximately 24-48 hours after checkout. Standard bank processing times apply. Pictures from this listing may be slightly different than actual (i.e. furniture, paint, etc.) as the management is maintaining/upgrading units regularly.
