The space The large double bedroom will give you a beautiful view on the city, you will also have at your disposal a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with everything needed for cooking, and a large bathroom with shower. The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building that can be easily reached by lift. We are waiting for you for your holiday in Florence! Guest access The entire apartment will be reserved for our guests. Other things to note Pets are not allowed except for service animals with appropriate certificates. Minors not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian will not be accepted as guests. We cannot guarantee check-in outside the hours indicated in the listing. Visitors are not allowed inside the apartment. In compliance with local regulations, guests will be asked to provide an ID and sign a short-lease contract prior to their arrival. We cannot issue invoices to companies for your stay but only receipts to individuals. Loss or breakage of keys will result in a charge of Euro 150.00.
