NEW – 49 m² – Apartment on the south beach of Fehmarn

We have completely renovated this apartment with a lot of love and have come up with some things for all ages (see pictures). Right outside the door, a wide range of activities awaits you on the promenade, where there should be something for everyone: water sports, beach, playgrounds, various sports facilities (boules, volleyball, soccer...) gastronomy, spa, space for walks, inline skating, cycling... The space The apartment consists of 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom. Main room: At the round dining table, overlooking the seagulls and the Baltic Sea, you can easily accommodate 4-5 people. In the apartment there are 4 fixed chairs, a bench and a high chair for the larger ones, as well as a high chair for the smaller guests. 2 folding chairs for spontaneous visits can be added and can be found next to the cabinet on the wall. Both from the table and from the 3-seater sofa, you can relax and watch TV on the "The Frame" HD TV. Remember your access data from Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ etc. ;). In addition, next to the sofa, you will find a small library with many home magazines and books that invite you to browse and be inspired. You will also find information material about the furniture and materials used in the apartment. In a dresser you will find space for your private things as well as many games for all ages, as well as coloring sheets and candles for a cozy evening. Right next to it you will find enough space for your clothes. In addition, a comfortable king-size bed with two mattresses of 90 x 200 cm awaits you here. Even from here it is no problem to stream your favorite series until deep into the night ;). In the apartment there are thicker or flatter pillows, as well as 4-season duvets. If you like it warm, you can connect two blankets with each other using snaps, or if you like it cooler, you can separate them from each other. Feel free to take what suits your preferences. Small room: In the smaller room there is a bunk bed (2 beds of 80 x 200 cm) and a baby travel bed with mattress that can be set up if necessary. In addition, a fall protection is available on site. The little guests are always very happy about the special toys, a children's kiosk and a children's door in the living area. A toy phone, a cash register and wooden utensils for the kiosk are available. As well as a few books, children's magazines and Pixie books. Kitchen: Everything awaits you in beautiful condition ;). In the kitchen you should find everything you need to cook. Induction cooker, dishwasher, oven, large freezer-cooler combination… For coffee lovers, French press, Bialetti espresso maker and coffee pot with filter as well as a milk frother are available. Kettle, teapot and toaster, waffle iron and mixer complete the facilities for a nice holiday breakfast. Bath: Small but nice. Walk-in shower, sink, toilet. Towel heater Balcony: In addition, you can enjoy the sun almost all day on the sufficiently large balcony, overlooking the backyard and the sea. If you all want to eat outside together, then feel free to add the folding chairs and you can also enjoy the sunset with candlelight and fairy lights. Guest access Our apartment is part of a holiday complex on the Burgtiefe peninsula. The wide sandy beach is a few minutes' walk away via the meadow. On the nearby promenade there are restaurants and shopping opportunities. The surroundings are very child-friendly and invite you to play and swim. Beach chairs can be rented. In the Vitarium of the IFA holiday center, which protects against wind and weather, playgrounds, a variety of gastronomic facilities and a beauty and health department invite you. With a massage or a thalasso treatment, it's not bad if it rains. Since 2009, the "Fehmahre" adventure pool has been inviting you to swim, regardless of the season. There is a good bus connection to the island capital Burg. As a walker you can reach the city in about 25 minutes. If you follow the beach course to the east, you will reach beautiful natural beaches. The marina offers berths for your boat. You don't have one? Then just rent one on site. Sailing schools, surfing schools, playgrounds, a tennis court and a mini-golf course are also in the immediate vicinity. It is mandatory for all adults. Children and adolescents are exempt from the visitor's tax. You pay the visitor's tax with the WELCMpass smartphone app and receive your "Baltic Sea cards" for it. With the Ostseecard you get free access to the beach on Fehmarn and on the mainland and discounted prices for many attractions.
