The space The house situated in a perfect location with easy access to all the essentials. 5–10 minutes walk from local shop and public transport, a short 20 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes away from Latrobe University. 5 minutes to Northland shopping centre. My place is always kept tidy and clean, it is sure to make you feel right at home. Guest access You have access to the private room. The share bathroom. Kitchen- you have welcome to use all the appliances ( refrigerator, coffee machine,oven, kettle, microwave, Toaster, Dishes and cookware) Big living room has a smart TV (Netflix) and comfortable couches. Washer- you can use it and do your own laundry in the convenience of the house, detergent and softener available. Outdoor area- perfect place to relax and enjoy the weather. During your stay I let the guest relax and enjoy themselves without me getting in the way. However I am around if the guest needs any help.
