Close to DND and green spaces (River Pathway, Andrew Haydon Park, Britannia Beach). 10 min to Canadian Tire Centre (NHL, concerts). 20 minute drive to downtown, Byward Market, Little Italy/Dow’s Lake (Tulipfest), War Museum (i.e., Bluesfest), Lansdowne, and rail stations. 24km to Ottawa Airport; 30km to Gatineau Park.
