This house, not overlooked, surrounded by truffle oaks, has a private heated 10 m² swimming pool (open from June to September depending on the weather) and an outdoor terrace not overlooked. Close to tourist places in Drôme, Ardèche & Gard. Check-in/Check-out on weekends in July & August. Others The space The accommodation consists of: - a living room: kitchen, dining room & living room of 40 m² - two beautiful 10 m² bedrooms, each equipped with a standard 140/200 double bed, TV and closet - a toilet - a bathroom equipped with a shower, a towel dryer and a single sink. - a detached garage. - 20 m² outdoor terrace, table + 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs - Outdoor pool 4 m by 2.5 m and 1.20 m deep. The accommodation must be returned clean and tidy.
