Welcome to Mueller! A cozy 3br/3ba one-story home is perfect for a long weekend, festival or business stay. Central to all Austin has to offer (UT events, SXSW, ACL, FC Soccer, F1, downtown). The smoke-free home features: King size Tempur-Pedic mattress, 75" and 50" 4K UHD TVs, Roku streaming device(s), Wifi, Home office setup, Concrete floors, and Kitchen necessities. Lots of natural light. No Smoking, No domestic pets (cats, dogs). Licensed w/City of Austin. The space This lovely one-story home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full size bathrooms; 1720 sq. ft. The space is curated to feel cozy and functional for one (1) to a max of six (6) guests. Children count as part of guest total. The living room has a 75" 4K UHD TV and a Roku device. Dedicated office space with an adjustable height desk and chair, including keyboard and mouse. The primary bedroom has a very comfortable king size Tempur-Pedic mattress and 50" UHD 4K TV with Roku device. The other two bedrooms have queen beds. Towels and linens are provided. Washer and Dryer in the home; laundry soap and dryer sheets are available for your use. Dining table can seat six (6) guests. The kitchen has many amenities, including plates, cups and cookware, as well and a Keurig K-Elite Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker. You will be just a few blocks away from a beautiful park (Mueller Park), and walking distance to Dell Children’s Hospital. Mueller has 5 parks, lots of dining and shopping options, including a major grocery, and host to the popular farmers market on Sundays. Enjoy the parks, community pools, trails, and green spaces, all of which are walking distance from the front door. You are a few miles from the University of Texas Campus – the home is perfect for working professionals, parents in town visiting their children, and those attending a major sporting event (football, soccer, baseball, basketball, track and field, etc). You are in a prime location for major events: SXSW, Austin City Limits Music Festival, Moody Events Center, Circuit of America, and Formula 1 racing, and Austin FC Soccer. There is plenty of free parking space on the street. Guest access Keyless Entry: (2) Choices. You can download the August Home phone app and use their process on the phone app OR enter a digital keypad code at the door. You will have access to entire home except garage. Guests will NOT be able to park vehicle in garage. Guests can park on street and a spot is usually available right in front of house. Other things to note Key reminders - Please Read: -Please register all guest name(s) staying on property. -Use the Roku TV remote to sign into your personal streaming accounts. Please be sure to log out of your accounts when you check-out. Use Roku Guest Feature. -Maximum of (6) six people only at property. Please be aware that there will be an additional charge of $200.00 per person if more than 6 guests stay on property. Children also count as part of guest total. -If anything is smoke damaged, or broken or damaged you will be charged for the replacement/repair cost(s). -NO pets on property. Please be aware that there is an additional $300.00 cleaning fee per animal (i.e. dog/cat etc.) that are brought into the home. -NO SMOKING in or around property. -NO Cigarette Butts or tobacco products to be left inside the home trash cans or around property. The home is smoke-free!!! -NO PARTIES or Large Gatherings or loud noise on property. NO Confetti inside property. -Do not attach anything to the walls. This includes tape, streamers, etc. -Do not use BLEACH products in washer. Bleach residue remains in wash bin and will ruin future loads. -Use white set of towels if your facial or hair products have a bleaching agent! Bathroom towels are dark gray. -If house rules are not followed, you will be charged a separate fee of $500.00. -Please keep kitchen and house tidy.
