Woodlands Green Farmstay

Woodlands Green Homestead is a picturesque property surrounded by green paddocks, animals grazing, established gardens and beautiful trees. This is a perfect property for guests if you are travelling (located just off SH1), wish to explore the local outdoor areas, skiing at Mt Hutt, catch up with family or friends in the area or just wish to have a quiet stay in the country. The homestead is located on a working Dairy Grazing farm and has plenty of parking space for vehicles, boats and trailer. The space Living Space You will be sharing the house with James and his very friendly Golden Labrador named Todd, who lives outside. The whole house is available for access with the exceptions of the garage, private bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the office. You will have access to the whole of the upstairs as your private space. This consists of two bedrooms with access to a balcony with stunning views, separate bathroom plus toilet and a quiet sitting area. The upstairs lounge area can be enjoyed in privacy and an additional bed is available in this room if required. Downstairs The large country kitchen , living room and separate lounge is shared with James when he is home and not working on the farm (James has his own private bedroom and bathroom downstairs). Guests are welcome to enjoy the comforts of the downstairs living areas, outdoor furniture and access to the garden. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house apart from the garage, downstairs bedroom, bathroom, toilets and office. Upstairs is the guests private area which has a self contained toilet and bathroom with a large shower and bath During your stay If guests are interested to see and have a tour of the farm while seeing the farm animals, this is available with James Other things to note Smoking is only permitted outside In the case of an emergency guests are requested to vacate to the outside yard area where parking is located
