Our apartment is both open and bright, with a balcony that gets sun from morning to evening. In our quiet area you have little insight and green areas. You will also have access to a common garden that is equipped with a sofa group. In winter, the fireplace is used frequently :-) The space The apartment is very nice as it is located in a quiet residential area, and nice nature around. The location is ideal in terms of shops, restaurants, cafes and transport into town. Just a short 8-minute walk away is Sæter, where you will find a selection of grocery stores, including the delicatessen "Gutta på Haugen". After shopping, you can explore a nice wine bar, pizza restaurant or sushi place that is just around the corner. For those who want to explore the city, the transport connections are good. The tram is only 8 minutes away on foot, while the bus and subway are 3 and 8 minutes away, respectively. With a travel time of about 25 minutes, you can easily reach the city center and experience everything it has to offer. Our apartment is located in a family friendly area. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet, with limited view and surrounded by green areas. In the condominium we even have a common garden that nobody uses. It is equipped with a sofa group and sunshade, perfect for relaxing from 1 pm onwards. Our apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay. Both there is a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV.
