Our tastefully furnished cottage boasts modern chic décor with all-new furniture, making it the ultimate nature lover's retreat. Discover nearby attractions, including the sands of Wasaga Beach, just 30 minutes away, or hit the slopes at Snow Valley Ski Resort, only 15 minutes drive. Enjoy complete relaxation, surrounded by trees and birds, and take a dip in the pool, available from June to September. The space This cottage has been renovated from the ground up. On the main floor, you will find 3 bedrooms outfitted with Queen beds and brand-new mattresses. You will also find the main family area, a small sun room with two reclining leather chairs, perfect for reading or enjoying the greenery and nature. The Kitchen, Dining area, and Breakfast space are also on the main floor. The basement has 4 bedrooms and a central common area outfitted with a 65" Samsung UHD TV, a pool table, and board games to play. The backyard is completely open, and you are encouraged to explore the treeline and take in the sights and sounds of the birds and other friendly critters roaming the space. Parking is available in the front of the property and can easily accommodate between 5-8 cars. However, carpooling is encouraged. Please refrain from parking on the front grass! The pool is 27 feet in diameter and 43” inches deep. THE POOL IS PROPANE HEATED. USE OF THE POOL HEATER IS SUBJECT TO A $100/NIGHT ADDITIONAL FEE. CONFIRMATION MUST BE GIVEN & PAYMENT COLLECTED 1 WEEK PRIOR TO CHECK IN. IF NOT CONFIRMED BEFORE CHECK IN — POOL HEATER WILL NOT BE ACCSESSIBLE DURING YOUR STAY. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE POOL HEATER MID-STAY IF NOT CONFIRMED BEFORE CHECK-IN. WE WILL NOT ASK YOU IF YOU REQUIRE THE POOL HEATER. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property. Other things to note Please note that towels are not provided, you must bring your own towels both for the pool & shower. Please note that firewood is not provided. As per By-Laws: Property owners will be onsite during the duration of your stay.
