Relax in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house is located right by the sea, on a secluded part of our garden. Quiet, harmonious and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik city center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three people. It is nice to dock by boat at our jetty if you want to bring a boat. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but we would like them to sleep in their own bed. The space The cottage is small but cozy. One room with a separate bathroom. Perfect for the smaller party that appreciates the proximity to the water and nature. Compact living. Suitable for two adults or two adults with one child. A total of three beds. It gets a little crowded for three adults for a longer period. Heated year-round with underfloor heating and rock heat pump. Trinett kitchen, with two stovetops, small fridge with freezer compartment. Dining area with two chairs, and a small stool. Bunk bed with duvets, pillows, and blankets. You should primarily bring your own bed linens, mainly because many guests prefer it and because the cottage is small. But if you want to borrow sheets, I'd be grateful if you'd let me know beforehand, and I'll sort it out. Tiled bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Private patio with table and chairs. Two sun loungers with a small table. A simple charcoal grill is also available. Feel free to be in the garden and swim from the jetty. It is excellent to borrow the garden furniture that is on the lawn by the lake. Make yourselves at home. Of course, you can drink the water in the cabin. Municipal water and sewer. The cottage is about 15 sqm inside. Smart TV with internet connection. Free WiFi. Necessary kitchen equipment such as coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave oven. Porcelain. Tea towels and small towels in the bathroom are available, bath towels I would be grateful if you bring your own. But I appreciate that you take out the garbage (garbage sorting is up at the entrance, go between the houses and then to the left) and wash dishes, as well as pick up dishes.
