This beautiful condo overlooks the Atlantic Ocean in quiet Ponce Inlet, only a couple of miles from Daytona Beach. From the balcony you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and an unforgettable view of the ocean and the pool. This section of the beach is very quiet and never gets crowded, as public access to it is restricted. No cars allowed on this stretch of the beach, giving you peace of mind if you are bringing kids, or giving you unbeatable, uninterrupted views of the ocean in a quiet, peaceful setting. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, large walk in closet and private bath with walk in shower. Sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom provide a beach-front view and access to the lanai deck, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise. The guest bedroom includes two full beds, which allows you to fit up to four people comfortably. Just off the guest bedroom in the hallway is a private bathroom with a tub/shower. There is 1 umbrella and 4 beach chairs in the unit, along with a skim board and (for a nominal charge) two beach bicycles located in front of the parking spot assigned to your condo.
