Unless approved by host. There will be a $50 charge per additional guest per night no exception. There is a washer and dryer in the basement you are welcome to use. Also there is a treadmill in the basement. There is a firepit and ashtray under the patio outside that you have access to. Guest access All but two rooms in the basement. Which or locked Other things to note There are 3 security cameras on the outside of the house 2 in the front facing the driveway 1 on the back the house facing the backyard 1 on the shed facing the backdoor of the house.
