The villa is located in a cozy residential area and has a large terrace with lounge area and dining area with sunlight from morning to night. The garden has green areas and there is a trampoline, volleyball net and toys. It is about 2.5 km to Gustavsvik's camping & adventure pool and walking distance to Sommarroskogen as well as cycling distance to Örebro city, Gustavsvik's golf course and Marieberg's shopping center. Parking for two cars. No pets. Cleaning is done by the guests themselves.
