Welcome to our charming retreat! Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood . We are PET FRIENDLY. Property owners on shared property available to help with any needs. Enjoy plenty of private space in the heart of the city in a 2024 RV. Stunning finishes, open floor plan and luxury linens complete your stay. The Lake Murray dam and boat launch are 10 minutes driving. Downtown Columbia and USC are 20 minutes away. Fort Jackson is 40 minutes away and much more. We have room for your boat or jet ski! The space 28 ft fun and cozy RV with 1 queen size bed and 2 XL twin bunk house. Full heat and air conditioning, fully stocked and functional kitchen and bath. We have a solo stove fire-pit, outdoor picnic table, and a hammock. Your stay is located on our beautiful 2 acre wooded property. It is tucked away for full privacy surrounded by a wooded forest. Your only visitor may be a deer looking for a treat and our chickens 🐓 **Please no smoking in the RV **No Parties allowed** Other things to note We have 3 adult kayaks and 1 child size kayak available for daily rental fees. $25 a day each kayak **Please note we will not provide transportation to location- you must have truck or racks** **If you have confirmed your brining your pet with you please send us a message and let us know what kind of pet your brining. We expect the animal will be house trained. We kindly ask you don’t allow them on the furniture. We have a few fur babies ourselves and chickens so it is imperative they stay on leash. Just in case 😉. **There is a 3 burner stove with an oven that works but please keep in mind while planning your meals that RV ovens do not cook quickly or evenly and require lighting a pilot.
