"Les Tilleuls" Gîte

In the heart of the Pays de Cocagne in Tarn, a few minutes from the medieval village of Lautrec, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. Surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields, this old farmhouse with character, built in 1850 and completely renovated. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The geographical location allows many cultural, sports or festive activities, whether on site or nearby, not to mention the gastronomy of Tarn. The space The Domaine de Labadie offers 3 cottages including this one: the "Les Tilleuls" cottage. With a capacity of 10 people, this gîte with a total area of 270 m2 is composed of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor, a crossing entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a double living room, 2 toilets and a back kitchen. Upstairs, a living room/office, 4 bedrooms with double bed, a shower room, 1 toilet and in the dovecote the fifth spacious bedroom 25 m2 with 1 double bed, dressing room, bathroom and private toilet. This cottage opens onto a wooded and shaded garden where linden and chestnut trees are surrounded by a boxwood hedge. Covered terrace with garden table and BBQ. The living room allows direct access to the swimming pool common to the 3 cottages. Equipment: The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic hob with hood, a microwave oven and a traditional oven, a dishwasher, small appliances... The washing machine is located in the back kitchen. Upstairs, the 4 bedrooms have a 160 cm bed, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large sink. Private toilet. The fifth bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, a private bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet and a large dressing room. On the terrace, there are garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The insert fireplace in the living room and kitchen can be used in low and mid season.
