The space The Domaine de Labadie offers 3 cottages including this one: the "Les Tilleuls" cottage. With a capacity of 10 people, this gîte with a total area of 270 m2 is composed of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor, a crossing entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a double living room, 2 toilets and a back kitchen. Upstairs, a living room/office, 4 bedrooms with double bed, a shower room, 1 toilet and in the dovecote the fifth spacious bedroom 25 m2 with 1 double bed, dressing room, bathroom and private toilet. This cottage opens onto a wooded and shaded garden where linden and chestnut trees are surrounded by a boxwood hedge. Covered terrace with garden table and BBQ. The living room allows direct access to the swimming pool common to the 3 cottages. Equipment: The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic hob with hood, a microwave oven and a traditional oven, a dishwasher, small appliances... The washing machine is located in the back kitchen. Upstairs, the 4 bedrooms have a 160 cm bed, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large sink. Private toilet. The fifth bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, a private bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet and a large dressing room. On the terrace, there are garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The insert fireplace in the living room and kitchen can be used in low and mid season.
