Dětenice - a large house with a pool

A pleasant place to stay in a large fenced, well-maintained garden with a swimming pool, a 5-minute walk from the medieval pub and Dětenice Castle. The surroundings offer a quiet and undisturbed holiday in the beautiful landscape of the Bohemian Paradise with lots of tips for hiking and biking. The accommodation is suitable for families with children or a group of friends, cyclists and tourists. SHARED POOL AVAILABLE FROM MID-JUNE TO MID-SEPTEMBER, OTHERWISE DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER The swimming pool, garden, barbecue and fireplace are shared with the neighboring house for 5 people. The space On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry (stove, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge) and a dining table with direct access to the terrace. There is also a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. Up three steps there is a living area with a TV, a fireplace (not functional, replaced by a classic fireplace stove) and a sofa bed. There are also 2 separate beds and 2 sofa beds (sleeping for a total of 5 people). Up another three steps there is a "children's sleeping area" in the form of mattresses on the floor (5 places - ideal for older children). In total, there are 2 beds + 3 places on the couches + 5 mattresses directly on the ground. Other things to note The swimming pool (6x3m) with sea salt, garden, grill and fireplace are shared with the neighboring house for 5 people. The garden also includes the owner's house, who lives here alone and does not disturb the guests. Heating is provided by a wood-burning fireplace.
