The living room and master bedroom are both situated at the rear of the house, facing Fowler Avenue. As a result, guests may notice traffic noise in these rooms, especially when the windows are open. This level of noise may be bothersome for individuals who are sensitive to or unaccustomed to such sounds, particularly during nighttime hours. **Policy on Parties and Gatherings Hosting parties or any gatherings that involve inviting visitors who are not registered guests is strictly prohibited at this property.
