Our recently renovated garden flat is a cozy, eco-minded holiday home one minute walk to Lossiemouth's beautiful East Beach, local restaurants and ice cream shops. Our 1 bedroom cottage is a ground floor property with a fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and private garden. It is perfect for couples or those looking for a quiet retreat. There is plenty to do in our beautiful seaside town or the option to relax and enjoy our private garden. The space We hope you will find our place as a home away from home. Recently renovated including a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The solid stone building first built around 1750 as a family home was renovated and split into two flats in the 1980s. Holly tree cottage is the ground floor providing easy access to our private garden. Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat as well as patio and Private garden to the rear. Other things to note We welcome well behaved pets and can provide a crate if requested when booking. Our garden is a bit of a work in progress.
