Please well noticed before choosing service) Guest access The apartment has a fully-furnished kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony, and a bedroom. Guests need to provide full passport and visa photo information before check-in. If you don't provide all the information, you won't be able to check in. Other things to note ASAHI LUXSTAY SERVICE APARTMENT I. Check-in and check-out ● Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm. Please contact us if you need to check-in or check out at a different time. We will try our best to accommodate. ● Late check-out will incur some fee. It varies according to checkout time and availability. ● For security purposes, vaild identification with photo such as passport or national ID card is required when check in. II. Personal belongings ● Please take good care of any valuable personal belongings. Asahi Luxstay is not responsible for any such loss/damage or theft of cash, Jewelry or other valuables left in guest room. III. Safety and Security Policy ● It is strictly forbidden to carry flammable items, explosives, weapons, toxics, drugs, durians and pets or solicit prostitutes in the apartment. ● Gambling or other acts that are contrary to good morals or that cause an annoyance are strictly prohibited. ● Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. ● Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the apartment. ● Asahi Luxstay will report any suspected activity. We reserves the right to enter any area of the apartment, including guestrooms, should there be a clear and valid reason for suspicion of illegal activity or if we suspect other guests, our property, or our staff are at any risk. IV. Compensation of guest misconduct ● Guests will be charged for any loss or damage to the apartment's properties caused by yourself, your visitors or for any person for whom you are responsible. We understand that mistakes happen sometimes and we guarantee that our charges will be fair and reasonable. V. House Cleaning ● Room rate is including cleaning fee when guest check out. ● Room cleaning policy every 3 days. If you request room cleaning during your stay, you will have to pay 250,000VND once. ● Please do wash the dishes and kitchen ware after use. If you need assistance, kindly pay 250.000 VND/each time we provide services. VI. Visitors ● Visitors are not allowed in the guest room later than 10:00 pm. Any exception will be subject to the decision of Asahi Luxstay Management. ● Extra guest is allowed only when additional fee is paid. Please notify Asahi Luxstay team if you wish to have any additional guest upon arrival.
