Villa Chou Chou is located in the middle of the quiet municipality of Spital am Semmering. The unique location offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities such as skiing, Nordic walking, hiking or mountain biking. Whether you are planning a quiet family vacation or traveling with a larger group, our house has enough capacity for you and your loved ones. All major shops can be reached in a few minutes by car. The space Villa Chou Chou offers you the best possible comfort. There are 6 bedrooms (3 bedrooms have a double bed / 2 bedrooms have a double bed and a sofa bed and 1 bedroom has a sofa bed), 4 toilets, 4 bathrooms and 4 showers. Linen and towels are made available for you. In addition, there is a sauna, gym, steam room, pool, large bathtub and pool table in the villa. The property is equipped with everyday equipment such as a fully functional kitchen, washer+dryer, internet and TV, etc. As a welcome gift, we provide a bottle of wine and chocolate chocolates free of charge. Guest access You can enter the accommodation with a code lock that has been attached to the door. You can open the garage with a remote control. The garage fits 1 car and in front of the garage 1 more. Other things to note There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby for everyday use. Our recommendations for unique restaurants in the area are Fernblick, Looshaus and Villa Wartholz. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes' drive away. Skiing in winter: Spital am Semmering is in the immediate vicinity of the Stuhleck ski resort. There are not only numerous lifts and slopes here, but also ski lessons and great gastronomy offers. Hiking in summer: In the region there are numerous hiking opportunities and designated hiking trails. A particularly beautiful one is the railway hiking trail from the Semmering Pass to Mürzzuschlag. Art and culture: If you are interested in art and culture, the Semmering spa house is the ideal place for you.
