Our charming and historic craftsman home in National City is a true gem. Located in a prime location, it offers easy freeway access, making your daily commute a breeze! With its proximity to 32nd Naval Base, you'll enjoy the convenience of a short commute if you work in the military. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance. The interior boasts tasteful decor carefully curated to create a comfortable, unique and cozy living space to call home while you're away. The space New furnished! Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen where you'll find everything you need to prepare a quick meal or host a dinner. Our bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and offer a tranquil retreat after a long day. Each room is adorned with cozy furnishings, plush bedding and blackout curtains, ensuring a restful night's sleep. HVAC is not common in our area, but we do have ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room, as well as fans. We do have an amazing ocean breeze that runs through some windows and in the front porch that hits the spot! Public transportation is just steps away from your doorstep, ensuring that you can explore our vibrant city without any hassle. Whether you're heading to downtown San Diego to experience its lively atmosphere or venturing to other attractions, you'll find transportation options readily available. In addition to its desirable location, this craftsman home offers the convenience of nearby amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, parks and gyms. You'll have everything you need within reach! Guest access You have full access to the whole house which is private. Other things to note Parking is available for 1 compact car in a gravel shared space. The backyard is shared with tenants from the neighboring properties. Backyard is accessed through a narrow shared driveway. If you have a large vehicle or are not comfortable with tight parking situations, parking is available on the street. An additional parking spot may be available on the street in front of the house, on a first-come-first available basis. Please let me know if you have any questions related to parking. Neighbors have dogs which can be very vocal at times. 🐶 Only dogs allowed - no cats. No pets on furniture or beds, and pets should never be left unattended. *** Please note that at the discretion of the host, guests may be required to sign a lease agreement, provide ID, and have a card on file where a hold will be placed.
