You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms house downtown Indianapolis! Blocks away from the Bottleworks District that has a food hall, distillery, duck bowling and a theater! Easy $5 Uber rides to downtown! The space Private home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a large yard. Nice covered front porch with cozy lounge chairs! Fire pit in the backyard and easy access to plenty of free fire wood! Animals always welcome! Guest access Door code! Other things to note House has baseboard heat and AC in each room and central area. I will try and turn on ahead of your arrival but please feel free to remind me to optimize your stay. We do have a train that runs behind the house so if you are a light sleeper you should consider. I have earplugs available too! Please NOTE: during summer months I water the community garden from this house, therefore will only need outside access to turn water on/off.
