Modern private room in a new house. Small and cozy. Private entrance, a beautiful patio, ensuite full bathroom with a closet, queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a desk and chair, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, a 42” Smart TV, luggage rack, wall charger (4 usb ports). Safe, quiet area with convenient street parking. Great for resting, not for partying. Room has no access to the rest of the house. Not suitable for children or infants. No smoking strictly enforced. Non-smokers only The space Beautiful suite with all the comforts for work and rest. Private room. Host lives in the house, but there are no shared spaces with guests. Guest access You will have access to your room, and the patio. There is no access to the rest of the house. Other things to note Room is not suitable for children or infants. No visitors allowed. Absolutely no smoking allowed in or around the property. A/C system distributes air throughout house, and host is highly allergic to tobacco/marijuana/incense/candle smoke. Also allergic to pet hair and dander, so no pets or service animals allowed. Smoking is grounds for immediate eviction and a $200 cleaning fee.
