Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles on a quiet cul-de-sac! Guest access Entire home, covered patio, front yard. 2-car uncovered driveway parking and street parking available. Three bedrooms each with a closet, shelves, blow-dryer and hooks for hanging towels along with a linen closet directly across from the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Other things to note: -Covered seating area to enjoy the outdoors. -Please NO PARTIES (reservation will be terminated with no refund - Airbnb policy). The house isn’t an event venue. No smoking or drug use. There are exterior cameras. -Booking guest must stay on the premises. -Mondays are trash day, please, put the trash in the trash container and move it to the north side of the driveway and onto the street. -The shop behind the house is for host usage only and is locked. -The shed under the carport is for host usage only and is locked. -Three of the hall closets are for host usage only and are locked. Other things to note This is a small rural town. The city park, a walking trail and park with workout equipment are less than 100 yards south of the house. A gas station and a convenience store are 4 blocks away on Hwy 62. Closing times is about 7 pm. Hamburgers and pizza may be ordered from the convenience store. Some weekends there is BBQ at the intersection of Main Street and Hwy 62 in the Cornerstone Bulding. It opens at 6 pm and sells out quickly. There is music with an open mic at the same place. Dollar General is about a 1\2 mile away, located on Hwy 62, and will meet most of your grocery needs except for meat products and produce. Approximately one mile east of town is the White Horse Arena which features Friday evening team roping.
