There is a full remote working setup with monitor and office chair. The large terrace can be used for morning work outs and outdoor movie nights. Dining areas accommodate eight people each. Enjoy the BBQ area under a tall olive tree. Shade can be found any time of the day. The 8x4m pool offers a panoramic view and includes 6 sun loungers. There is a large outdoor couch, plenty of comfy chairs and a big terrace. In the 4000m² young garden are 70 upcoming fruit and olive trees. Solar lights illuminate the garden and walk ways in the evening. Up to 8 cars can be parked on the premise and include electric car charging with a wall plug.
