Bedroom Area - 4.3 m x 4 m Small En-suite shower room - 1.8 m x 1.3 m This room is situated on the second floor and at the back of Cuppin House with garden/yard view - this should be a pretty quiet spot, and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Room 3 is our medium sized double room. It is not immediately adjacent to any other room. Important Update from October 2025 - the late bar which was a few doors from Cuppin House has now closed down - we will miss the owners but your stay will be now even quieter on Friday and Saturday evenings when it used to quite busy - despite our excellent location right in the heart of the city centre! Important Update from October 2024 - All guest rooms are now fitted with secondary glazing, reducing any city sounds whilst still allowing guests to open the windows for fresh air. Our Georgian Guest House is situated within the famous city walls. KingKabs Taxi Base is only 0.1 miles (between 1 and 2 walk) from Cuppin House Chester Train Station is only 0.9 miles (5 minutes by car or 21 minute walk) from Cuppin House - there is a taxi rank immediately at the front of the train station Chester's main bus station is only 0.6 miles (13 minutes walk) from Cuppin House ---Parking--- 1. On Cuppin Street itself where Cuppin House is located : - Between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM You are able to park free for up to 10 minutes**, space permitting, to enable drop off and pick up of luggage. Between 9 PM and 8 AM you can park free**, space permitting. ** Please kindly take close note of these times if you decide to use street parking as traffic wardens are quite active - however please also see the below very convenient parking options. 2. Very Close Car Parks There is Cuppin Street Car Park which is less than 1 minute walk from Cuppin House. The Little Roodee and Linenhall Car Parks are both only 0.3 miles away. These car parks cost around a maximum of £10 for all day parking (the most expensive is the closest, Cuppin Street Car Park which is £10.50 for 24 hours) We will send you further details of the exact prices and addresses of these car parks upon booking (please just ask if you would like these details beforehand). Guest access You will have private access to your own room and en-suite bathroom. The entrance hall, other halls and staircase are the communal areas of the house.
