Nittany Winery, 6 mi to Grange Fairgrounds, 10 mi to Penns Cave, 12 mi to Elk Creek Cafe-restaurant & music hall in Milheim, 19 min to University Park, 20 miles to Woodward Camp. Close to restaurants in State College. Easy on/off rte 322. Clean, cozy and comfortable! The space Brand new construction. Modern, contemporary, woodsy, quiet getaway. Guest access Your entry is a keyed entry. Key will be in the door when you arrive (green door adjacent to garage doors). Other things to note We do not have a baby gate. We do not permit babies that crawl and small children as we have stairs. Children 7+ yrs may be acceptable under parental guidance due to the stairs. We have a dog on the property. Dog will be leashed when we are outside with him. Very gentle but may bark when guests arrive and depart. Futon available for third person @ additional $100/night.
