Sato Real Estate: Island Faces Selling & Renting Island Places The space ***Photos Updated April 2025*** The Sea Spray Cottages are an adorable group of 4 Units located in the North End of Anna Maria, West of Gulf Drive and only a few houses to the highly acclaimed Gulf Beach. Sea Spray 1 is a stand alone cottage with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath located at the front left of the property. Comfortable beachy furnishings and a full kitchen with Granite Counter Tops and Stainless Steel Appliances. This unit has its own propane grill along with an outdoor dining area in the rear of the home. The complex shares a laundry room on the rear of the property. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The front door enters into the spacious open concept living area, perfect for entertaining the family. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twins in the guest bedroom. You will absolutely love the short stroll to the beach as well as the Island charm offered by the quaint four-plex. PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 50lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet. PARKING: 1 car maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. ***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES*** Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone. "You are vacationing in a residential area.
