The space We have a nice downstairs duplex 3 bedroom house, 2 queen beds and 1 twin. There is one step that goes from the living room into the hallway to the bedrooms. Full sized bathroom with sunken tub and stand-up shower. There is one step that goes into the bathroom as well as one step into the laundry room off of the bathroom. We offer a full kitchen with all amenities, plates, cups, cook wear, coffee pot stove full size refrigerator, and microwave. We offer a full sized washer and dryer. We have a 50 in smart tv in the living room . You can stream Netflix or whatever you desire, but you will have to use your own account We also have a tv in the master bedroom with roku. House is a duplex we live in the house upstairs. You have total privacy and your own entrance to the downstairs. You can go under the deck and enjoy the outside and firepit. We have coffee and water for guests.. We also start you with soap,toilet paper,trash bags, paper towels.. We provide all towels and wash cloths, all bed linens. Must be 21 to rent and must stay at home with anyone under 21. Guest access We have a patio outside under our deck out back and a firepit available for guests. Other things to note We DO NOT ALLOW DRUGS of any kind, and this includes vaping and smoking Marijuana. No parties!! Also must be 21 to rent and have someone 21 that stays on the property with people under 21.
