The vacation home is in Coeur d' Alene, ID. It is 20 minutes to downtown Spokane, 25 five minutes to Silverwood Amusement Park, 15 minutes to Triple Play indoor water slides and fun park , nearby forested hiking trails, ATV trails, roughly an hour to four ski resorts and the Centennial Trail is right out the back yard. The house is not on the water but is close to Riverstone Village, downtown Coeur d' Alene and Lake Coeur d'Alene. All with in a couple miles walk bike ride or by car.
