It is located near the beach in the southern corner of Praia do Silveira, in Garopaba- Santa Catarina. The architectural style, with extensive glass walls and a deck, amplifies your connection with the spectacle of the moonrise and sunrise over the sea. With the same intensity, you can enjoy the sunset at the Ferrugem lagoon. An exclusive location, come and live this experience! The space The house is 200 m2 with two large decks distributed on both floors. The house has 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and an American bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms, on the second floor. On the ground floor is the integrated kitchen with a dining table for 8 people. The living room has a comfortable atmosphere that allows you to watch TV as well as enjoy the view of the beach with a wood-burning Castellar fireplace with a double combustion system, to ensure a very cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a stainless steel barbecue with an adjustable grill (crank) at the height, a steak grill, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, Nespresso, a toaster, a blender, dishes, cutlery, wine and sparkling wine glasses, pots and household utensils. The laundry has a washing machine. All areas of the residence are air-conditioned. Great Wi-Fi with routers on both floors. Beach chairs, sun umbrellas, bed and bath linens and cooking basics are available. Everything is brand new and prepared very carefully for you to enjoy! Guest access The house offers ample parking in a private area and is surrounded by 1000 m2. The trip to the beach (south corner) can be made on foot (approximately 20 minutes) or by car. In high season, there are accesses and/or parking lots signaled to get to the north corner of the beach. We suggest going by car. Garopaba also offers several beach options (Rosa, Ferrugem, Barra) each with different attractions for you to have fun. Other things to note Attention: parties are not allowed in the residence, the neighborhood is quiet and the place is not appropriate. Trash must be taken to the roadside trash cans, as there is no collection on the hill.
