Welcome to our charming one-bedroom apartment, a hidden gem nestled amidst the lush greenery of our picturesque surroundings and super closet to main train/bus station. For more info about inside of apartment please check The space section. The space Welcome to our inviting one-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience. BEDROOM: Experience ultimate relaxation in our spacious bedroom with a super-sized 2x2 meter bed, quality pillows, and soothing night lamps. Stay productive at the working station desk with super-fast, reliable internet, perfect for remote work or leisure browsing. You'll also find AC for your comfort. We know some people don`t like TV in bedroom but you guys can always leave it off. For others that like to get to sleep with it on, we have it installed above work desk. LIVING ROOM: The living room features a super-comfortable, larger foldable couch (folded 180x200 cm), two stylish armchairs, and ample storage space. It also has AC so both rooms can organize conditions based on preference. TERRACE: Step out onto the delightful terrace overlooking Pariske Komune street, adorned with lush green trees, a perfect spot to unwind. We dont support smoking as activity but if its must for you please do it here, inside of apartment its NO SMOKING rule. KITCHEN: Our well-equipped kitchen is ideal for short or extended stays. It includes a washing machine since there was a lot of space and for added convenience of using bathroom. We putted yet another AC so its really pleasant for our guests if they decide to dive into cooking experience. We also left some essentials in kitchen like oil, salt, pepper so you don't have to think about these too while on vacation. BATHROOM: Enjoy a refreshing shower in the walk-in cabin, benefitting from natural light through two close to celling windows. Don't worry, we organized this in a way that your private time stay private. You will have fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo available so no need to bring them for your stay with us. AMENETIES: We've taken care of the details, providing ironing facilities, drying racks, and more to enhance your stay. Experience comfort, style, and convenience in our apartment – your home away from home. Guest access Guests can access whole apartment except small maintenance room next to bathroom that we keep locked for our cleaning ladies. Other things to note Parking around the building is not only convenient but also free for our guests. Most of the time, you'll find a spot right in front of the building. However, if luck isn't on your side, a short drive around the area is sure to yield a suitable parking spot. On top of that, across the street from us is easy and always available Novi Sad fair parking place where daily ticket is less then 100rsd (1€) so believe that is additional alternative if its really busy with in front of the building parking (what is rarely the case).
