Walk, ride public transportation, bike and Uber or Lyft, and get anywhere in the city in no time. If you are working for Apple or other tech companies, those employee buses pick up and drop off right here. Local rules require us to offer you the option of staying month-to-month for at least a year. Our guests are typically travel nurses or other contract employees with stays of 3-6 months, folks on internships, and digital nomads who work from "any home." Our booking term is set at 90 days to 1 year. If you pay for a stay of less than a year, you have the right to extend your stay at the same monthly rate. Rate increases and termination after the first year are governed by state and local regulations.
