Tucked in the hills of Tennessee, we are located on the beautiful Elk River. Come enjoy over a 1/2 mile of private access river frontage. The space These new construction cabins were established in the spring of 2021. Each cabin features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a full kitchen with all of your kitchen necessities. There is a table that seats 4 that also doubles as additional prep space. The main room has nearly an entire wall of glass for our guest to enjoy the outside view while still being inside. Step out of the sliding doors onto our spacious decks with vaulted ceilings. You'll be sure to enjoy your meals on our patio set with the peaceful Elk River in sight. Curtains are installed at each end for optimum privacy. You will find a fire pit with plenty of seating at the end of our cabins. We have two Weber gas grills available for use (propane provided). There is also a path that leads to the river with private access for fishing and wading. There are a total of 4 cabins. Each cabin is private, however, the firepit, grills, and river access areas may be shared by other guest visiting. Guest access We are located about a 1/2 mile off the main road down a gravel road. There is a single parking space to the right of each cabin. If additional parking is needed, guest are welcome to parallel park to the right of the road (as long as it does not block the road completely). We also have additional parking in our hayfield. Want to bring your boat to Tim's Ford Lake? No problem at all! *Please notify us in advance* We have plenty of space to park your boat or for trailer turn arounds in the hayfield. Our property has a gravel bar perfect for river access to wade and/or fish for trout. It can be accessed by car and takes less than a minute to get to. Let us know if you are interested and we would be happy to show you where to go upon your arrival. Other things to note There are stairs leading to the cabin's entrance and the loft is ladder access. Please be aware of these features before booking. **The cabins are not equipped with dishwashers or washer/dryers. We do have internet but since we are out in the country, it is not high speed. Cell service is spotty in areas on the property.** We are huge animal lovers, however, out of the respect for guest with allergies, we do not allow pets of any kind in the cabins. This is truly the place to unplug and unwind! If you are looking for a peaceful spot away from the "hustle and bustle" of everyday life...you've found the right place!
