Cozy Room In a Friendly Home

A private cozy room in a house of 4 bedrooms; though only 2 bedrooms are being offered to guests. Area location is very accessible to public transport; walking distance to bus stop and a 5 minute drive to Metro North Train Station (Peekskill) that will bring you to NYC in about 55 minutes. Food store, restaurants, laundromat, and dollar store is 3 minute walk. The space The space is very clean and cozy. You can relax or work with your laptop with fast and stable WiFi. There's a TV inside the room. Coffee, juice, snacks is on the house. Guest access Guest have access to almost all part of the house, like living room, kitchen, dining , breakfast nook, front porch and back porch. At the back porch there's available griller and gazebo usable during summer and fall. During your stay We provide guests privacy once inside the property, but will be available as needed. Should you need anything, it's just a text message away and you'll be responded immediately. Other things to note Please bring your own slippers, shoes are not allowed inside the house.
