This beautifully designed guest house is the full package with a kitchen, diner, living area and separate king sized double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. It’s the perfect base to explore this Area of Outstanding Beauty, with a huge variety of walking and cycling trails directly from your door. The space June Cottage Guest House, is a beautiful newly refurbished self-contained space offering a fresh, light, and spacious hideaway with a separate bedroom and ensuite shower room. Entering through a private entrance, a traditional stable door leads into the main living area, with a brand new fully fitted kitchen, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen contains all the mod cons, with full cooking facilities (induction hob, oven, microwave), kettle, toaster, sink, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. The living area contains a sofa (which can be converted into a very small double sofa bed for an extra guest, child or if you’d prefer to have separate beds), table and chairs and a brand new wall mounted 55 inch flatscreen smart TV. The separate bedroom, features a super king sized bed and a brand new modern ensuite bathroom, complete with underfloor heating, and a dual fuel towel rail. There is a small private patio with bistro style table and chairs to enjoy your warm summer’s evening. We have just changed to a two night minimum stay, however if you only needed one night please do contact me and we will try our best to accommodate you. There is a very well stocked local shop, within an 8 minute walk, but for any bigger shops we would advise you head into Cranleigh or shop before arriving.
