Other things to note For advance reservations, which are those with a booking confirmation date outside of the calendar year which their stay occurs and/or 6+ months before arrival: In the event the homeowner does not renew their rental contract, the home is damaged during a weather event, or the home is sold and leaves our rental program, the host will move guest to comparable accommodation (if available) or guest can cancel their stay for a full refund. If guest chooses a comparable accommodation and there is a price difference, host is not responsible for covering the difference. In the event your rental property becomes unavailable for any of the above reasons, we do everything we can to handle the situation fairly, with the happiness of the guest being our top priority.
