Includes parking for 2 cars as well as over 60' of moorage for 2 boats. The home has a great view of the lift bridge and your own private beach in the backyard. Large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, 3 baths, 2 kitchens. 4 bedrooms, one with a separate entrance and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms connected via a nautically inspired spiral staircase with an ensuite. The master is large with a king bed, pull out futon, smart tv and private balcony overlooking the rear yard and Channel Guests generally utilize all parts of the property, except a few closet spaces reserved for owner supplies. Pets that need a large backyard for play, shed, are prone to damaging furniture, are teething are not permitted.
